Eight desks,
one file.

Most consignments need three or four of these at once. Keeping them under one roof is the difference between a six-day clearance and a fortnight of phone calls.

Why one roof

“A container rarely loses time on the water. It loses it waiting for a form that could have been finished weeks earlier.”

04 — the desk others subcontract

Bond, EPZ & RMG clearance

The paperwork most agents quietly send out, which is also the paperwork that holds up a garment order. We do it in house.

Bond work

  • Bonded warehouse licence and renewal
  • Passbook entry and debit reconciliation
  • UP and UD at BGMEA / BKMEA
  • In-bond and inter-bond movement
  • Bond audit preparation

Zones and cargo

  • CEPZ, DEPZ, AEPZ in-gate
  • Fabric, yarn and knit raw material
  • Accessories, trims and packing
  • Machinery under SRO
  • Sub-contract and deemed export

05 — our own wheels

Inland transport & delivery

Our own covered vans and trailers rather than spot-market hire. Gate out is not waiting for someone to find a vehicle on the day at Friday rates.

Fleet

  • Covered van, 5 to 15 tonne
  • Open truck and flatbed trailer
  • Lowbed and multi-axle for heavy lift
  • Prime mover and chassis for FCL
  • Contracted backup at peak

Corridors

  • ICD Kamalapur and Pangaon

  • CFS de-stuffing supervision
  • Piece count, tally and damage report
  • Photographic condition record
  • Short-shipment and survey support

Storage

  • Short and medium-term bonded storage

07 — where it won't fit a box

Project & over-dimensional cargo

Generators, boilers, printing lines, transformers, wind components. Where the cargo will not fit a container, the real work starts weeks before the vessel arrives.

Before arrival

  • Route survey and height study
  • RHD, bridge and police escort permits
  • Lifting plan and crane coordination
  • Jetty or GCB berth arrangement

On the ground

  • Break bulk, flat rack, open top
  • Lashing, choking and securing cert
  • Night movement scheduling
  • Site offloading supervision

08 — before you buy

Tariff advisory & compliance

Before you open the LC, not after the container lands. On a repeat import, a wrong HS code costs more over a year than any agent's commission.

Advisory

  • HS classification opinion with reasoning
  • Full landed-cost model before purchase
  • SRO exemption and concessionary review
  • Incoterm and LC term structuring
  • Valuation dispute representation

Permits

  • BSTI standards and CM licence
  • BAEC radiation clearance
  • Plant and animal quarantine
  • DGDA, BTRC, Explosive Directorate
  • Duty drawback and refund claims

Not sure which of these
your shipment needs?
